Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the TapTravel.gr website and submission of booking requests for the "Ultimate Package" trip to Bangkok. The business is currently in a pre-launch stage — it is not yet a registered company.

2. Booking process

Submitting the contact form is not a binding booking — it is a request for a quote. A booking is only finalized after explicit mutual agreement (by email/phone) and, where applicable, payment of any deposit agreed at that time.

3. Pricing

Prices are personalized per request and are valid for a limited period from the date of the quote.

4. Limitation of liability

TapTravel.gr acts as an intermediary arranging flights, transfers, accommodation, and experiences. It is not liable for delays or cancellations by third-party providers (airlines, etc.) beyond what applicable law requires.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
