Cancellation Policy

1. Before confirmation

While your request is still at the quote stage (before explicit confirmation and any deposit), there is no charge or commitment whatsoever.

2. After confirmation

Cancellation/refund terms after a booking is confirmed will be set out explicitly in writing at the time of agreement, depending on the cancellation policies of the individual providers involved (airlines, transfer operators, etc.).

3. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, every reasonable effort will be made to rebook or refund to the extent the providers involved allow.
